About this program
1:1 packageMost of the decisions that shape your work are made by people who do not report to you. This intensive is for leaders who need to move those decisions across functions, regions or partners without relying on hierarchy. Over four focused sessions we map the real system of influence around one initiative that matters to you now, plan the conversations that should happen before the formal meeting, and practice framing your proposal in the terms each stakeholder cares about. We finish by working through the objections you are most worried about and building a simple routine you can reuse on the next initiative. Expect to leave each session with a concrete next step you can take that week. Ideal for directors, heads of function and program leaders.
What you will come away with
- A live stakeholder map for your most important initiative, a pre-wiring plan, a proposal framed in each stakeholder's terms, and a repeatable routine for handling resistance.
What's included
Stakeholder influence- Four one-to-one sessions over six to eight weeks, stakeholder mapping templates, and review of one written proposal between sessions.
Your coach
View full profileI coach senior leaders who are already good at their jobs and want to lead with more presence, clarity and influence as the stakes rise. Most of my clients are directors, vice presidents and C-suite executives in technology, financial services and consumer businesses, often in their first year of a bigger role or preparing for one. Before coaching I spent nine years in strategy consulting, working with leadership teams in New York, Chicago and San Francisco. That is where I saw how often careers turn not on what a leader knows but on how they show up: in the board update, the tense cross-functional meeting, the difficult conversation that keeps being postponed. My approach is practical and evidence-based. We start with honest feedback from the people around you, agree a small number of shifts that would make the biggest difference, and then practice them against your real calendar. I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach with an MSc in Organizational Psychology, and I have coached more than 300 leaders across 20 countries. I work in English and Spanish, online across the US and worldwide.
