About this program
Group cohortRestructuring, a new strategy, rapid growth: change lands on managers first, and they are rarely given the support to lead it well. This six-week cohort brings together a small group of leaders, no more than eight, who are steering their teams through change right now. Each Friday evening we work on one part of the challenge: understanding the human side of change, telling the change story, leading when you do not have all the answers, holding difficult conversations, sustaining energy, and finally building a playbook that the group reviews together. Between sessions the cohort wall keeps the conversation going, and you will be paired with a peer for short check-ins. You will leave with practical tools, a network of peers facing similar challenges and a plan you can use on Monday.
What you will come away with
- A change narrative your team can repeat, practiced scripts for the hardest conversations, a personal pacing plan and a peer-reviewed 60-day change playbook.
What's included
Leading through change (cohort)- Six live 90-minute group sessions, a private cohort wall for peer coaching between sessions, and session summaries.
Your coach
View full profileI coach senior leaders who are already good at their jobs and want to lead with more presence, clarity and influence as the stakes rise. Most of my clients are directors, vice presidents and C-suite executives in technology, financial services and consumer businesses, often in their first year of a bigger role or preparing for one. Before coaching I spent nine years in strategy consulting, working with leadership teams in New York, Chicago and San Francisco. That is where I saw how often careers turn not on what a leader knows but on how they show up: in the board update, the tense cross-functional meeting, the difficult conversation that keeps being postponed. My approach is practical and evidence-based. We start with honest feedback from the people around you, agree a small number of shifts that would make the biggest difference, and then practice them against your real calendar. I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach with an MSc in Organizational Psychology, and I have coached more than 300 leaders across 20 countries. I work in English and Spanish, online across the US and worldwide.
