I coach senior leaders who are already good at their jobs and want to lead with more presence, clarity and influence as the stakes rise. Most of my clients are directors, vice presidents and C-suite executives in technology, financial services and consumer businesses, often in their first year of a bigger role or preparing for one. Before coaching I spent nine years in strategy consulting, working with leadership teams in New York, Chicago and San Francisco. That is where I saw how often careers turn not on what a leader knows but on how they show up: in the board update, the tense cross-functional meeting, the difficult conversation that keeps being postponed. My approach is practical and evidence-based. We start with honest feedback from the people around you, agree a small number of shifts that would make the biggest difference, and then practice them against your real calendar. I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach with an MSc in Organizational Psychology, and I have coached more than 300 leaders across 20 countries. I work in English and Spanish, online across the US and worldwide.
